By using this website or booking an experience with Caribbean Invasion Experience, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Caribbean Invasion Experience provides Caribbean travel and event experiences focused on culture, music, carnival, entertainment, and group experiences.
Our featured experience is Barbados Crop Over 2027, scheduled for July 28 through August 3, 2027.
You agree to use this website lawfully and responsibly.

Package prices and inclusions are displayed on our website and may vary depending on the package selected.
Current Barbados Crop Over 2027 packages include:
Essential: $3,700 USD per person, double occupancy
Signature: $4,500 USD per person, double occupancy
Imperial: $8,500 USD per person, double occupancy
Private Invasion: Starting at $10,000+ USD with custom pricing.
Private Invasion experiences are customized and may vary depending on the requested accommodations, transportation, activities, services, and itinerary.
Each package includes the services and experiences specifically listed on the website at the time of booking.
Additional services, personal expenses, travel requirements, or other items not specifically identified as included may be the responsibility of the traveler.
For Private Invasion bookings, inclusions will be confirmed as part of the customized arrangement.
A $400 deposit is required for the Essential, Signature, and Imperial packages.
The deposit is due October 17, 2026.
The remaining balance is scheduled as follows:
Essential: 5 monthly payments of $740 from October 31, 2026 through February 28, 2027.
Signature: 5 monthly payments of $900 from October 31, 2026 through February 28, 2027.
Imperial: 5 monthly payments of $1,700 from October 31, 2026 through February 28, 2027.
Customers are responsible for making payments according to the applicable payment schedule.
The Essential, Signature, and Imperial package prices are based on double occupancy.
Any applicable changes resulting from a different occupancy arrangement may require additional charges or a revised booking arrangement.
Refund eligibility is based on the time remaining before departure:
• 60 or more days before departure: 75% refund, minus processing fees
• 59 to 45 days before departure: 50% refund, minus processing fees
• 44 to 30 days before departure: 25% refund, minus processing fees
• 29 days or less before departure: No refund. The booking may only be transferable to another name or date where permitted.
All refunds are subject to a $150 administration fee.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to help protect your investment against eligible cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, travel disruptions, or other covered circumstances.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing the terms, exclusions, limits, and coverage provided by their chosen travel insurance policy.
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have all required travel documents and meet applicable entry, identification, health, immigration, and other travel requirements.
Caribbean Invasion Experience is not responsible for a traveler’s failure to obtain required documents or meet applicable travel requirements.
Travel plans, activities, transportation, accommodations, schedules, and other arrangements may be subject to changes due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where significant changes occur, we will communicate available options when reasonably possible.
In the event of government travel restrictions, major cancellations, or other significant events affecting the planned experience, available options will be communicated and worked out based on the circumstances.
Any available refund, transfer, credit, or alternative arrangement will be subject to the applicable circumstances and service provider terms.
Submitting a vendor application does not guarantee approval or participation in a Caribbean Invasion event.
Applications may be reviewed as the event date approaches. Vendor participation is subject to approval and any applicable event requirements.
Submitting a sponsorship inquiry does not guarantee a sponsorship agreement or partnership.
Sponsorship arrangements, benefits, deliverables, and applicable terms will be confirmed separately between the parties.
Some aspects of a travel experience may involve third party providers, including hotels, transportation providers, event organizers, activity providers, payment processors, and other service providers.
Third party services may have their own terms, policies, restrictions, and cancellation conditions.
We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. However, descriptions, schedules, availability, images, experiences, and other information may change.
Website content should not be considered a guarantee that a particular activity, provider, accommodation, or event will remain available.
Unless otherwise stated, website content including text, graphics, logos, photographs, branding, and other materials belongs to or is used by Caribbean Invasion Experience with appropriate permission.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially use website content without prior written permission.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Caribbean Invasion Experience is not responsible for losses, delays, cancellations, injuries, expenses, or other consequences resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control or from the acts or omissions of independent third party providers.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
