At Caribbean Invasion Experience, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Refund Policy explains the refund options that apply to bookings for our Caribbean travel and event experiences.
Refunds are based on the number of days remaining before the scheduled departure date.
For the Barbados Crop Over 2027 experience, departure is scheduled for July 28, 2027.
The following refund schedule applies:

| 60 or more days before departure | 75% refund, minus processing fees |
| 59 to 45 days before departure | 50% refund, minus processing fees |
| 44 to 30 days before departure | 25% refund, minus processing fees |
| 29 days or less before departure | No refund |
For cancellations made 29 days or less before departure, the booking may be transferable to another name or date only, where permitted.
All eligible refunds are subject to a $150 administration fee.
Processing fees may also be deducted from the applicable refund amount.
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
The time it takes for the refunded amount to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to help protect your investment against eligible travel cancellations, interruptions, emergencies, and other covered circumstances.
Travelers are responsible for reviewing their insurance policy and understanding its coverage, exclusions, and claim requirements.
If government travel restrictions or other major cancellation events affect the planned experience, available options will be worked out based on the circumstances.
Options may vary depending on the nature of the event and arrangements with applicable travel, accommodation, transportation, or event providers.
Private Invasion experiences are customized and priced according to the requested itinerary, accommodations, transportation, activities, and services.
Refund and cancellation terms for customized Private Invasion arrangements may be confirmed separately at the time of booking.
